Step 4- deciding the time
In this step, you should give time to the leaves to act on the affected area of the leg. Leave the cabbage leaves wrapped around the joint. The time may range from 30 minutes to one hour. This time can be extended, if the person feels relief. One can prolong the procedure using new cabbage leaves set. You can re-wrap the joint after one hour. Step 5- unwrapping
